EASYFARE TAXI PARTNER
PARTNER TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Partner Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the registration, participation and use of the EasyFare Taxi Partner application, website and related services (“Platform”) by drivers, vehicle owners, fleet operators, taxi operators and other eligible transportation partners (“Partner”).
By registering for or using the EasyFare Taxi Partner Platform, the Partner agrees to comply with these Terms and the applicable EasyFare Partner policies.
EasyFare Taxi Partner is a technology-enabled platform that provides eligible drivers, vehicle owners, fleet operators and transportation partners with access to transportation booking opportunities.
EasyFare may provide booking opportunities through:
B2B Booking Exchange: Booking opportunities exchanged between travel operators, taxi operators, fleet owners, businesses and other registered business partners.
B2C Customer Bookings: Customer bookings generated through EasyFare's customer application, website, Company Duties, booking team or other EasyFare booking channels.
B2C bookings are provided or assigned to eligible Partners by EasyFare through its Platform or Company Duties/booking-assignment process.
EasyFare provides and operates the technology platform and booking network through which booking opportunities are made available to Partners.
Depending on the booking type, EasyFare may:
- Receive and process booking requests.
- Receive B2B booking requirements.
- Assign bookings to eligible Partners.
- Provide booking and trip information.
- Facilitate communication relating to bookings.
- Maintain booking records.
- Facilitate applicable Partner settlements and payouts.
- Monitor service quality and Partner performance.
EasyFare may use automated systems, Company Duties, operational teams or other internal processes for booking allocation.
Registration as an EasyFare Partner does not guarantee any minimum number of bookings, trips, revenue, income or earnings unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.
Booking allocation may depend on customer demand, Partner location, vehicle category, availability, trip requirements, Partner eligibility, service performance and other operational factors.
The Partner must satisfy EasyFare's applicable eligibility requirements and provide accurate information during registration.
Depending on the service, EasyFare may require:
- Valid driving licence
- Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC)
- Applicable permits
- Valid vehicle insurance
- Valid PUC certificate, where applicable
- Vehicle photographs
- Identity and address documents
- PAN and applicable tax information
- Bank/payment information
- Other legally or operationally required documents
EasyFare may verify documents and information before approving or continuing Partner access.
The Partner is responsible for ensuring that all licences, permits, registrations, insurance and other required documents remain valid.
The Partner must promptly inform EasyFare if any required document expires, is suspended, cancelled or otherwise becomes invalid.
Submission of false, altered, expired or misleading documents may result in suspension or termination of the Partner account.
The Partner must ensure that every vehicle used for EasyFare bookings:
- Is legally permitted to operate for the applicable service.
- Has valid registration and applicable permits.
- Has applicable insurance.
- Is roadworthy and mechanically safe.
- Is reasonably clean and properly maintained.
- Matches the vehicle category specified for the booking.
- Contains legally required safety equipment.
EasyFare may establish additional vehicle standards for particular services or categories.
A Partner may receive booking information including pickup location, destination, date, time, vehicle category, trip type and other information necessary to fulfil the booking.
The Partner should review the booking information before accepting it.
Once a booking is accepted, the Partner is expected to fulfil it according to the applicable booking details and EasyFare policies.
B2C bookings generated through EasyFare are EasyFare Company/Platform bookings.
Such bookings are assigned or provided to Partners through:
- EasyFare Partner Platform
- Company Duties
- EasyFare booking team
- Other authorised EasyFare booking channels
The Partner must not represent an EasyFare-generated customer booking as an independently acquired booking.
Where a customer has been introduced or connected to a Partner through EasyFare, the Partner must not intentionally bypass EasyFare for the purpose of avoiding applicable booking procedures, commissions, platform charges, settlement processes or other agreed commercial arrangements.
The Partner must not use customer information obtained through EasyFare to independently solicit or divert such customers for competing or off-platform transportation services, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.
The EasyFare B2B Booking Exchange may provide Partners with transportation requirements from registered business partners.
Eligible Partners may view, accept and fulfil available B2B bookings according to the applicable booking and commercial terms.
B2B bookings may have specific pricing, cancellation, payment and settlement conditions.
EasyFare may operate a Company Duties / Company Booking Assignment system to distribute B2C and other eligible bookings among Partners.
Booking allocation may consider:
- Partner availability
- Location
- Vehicle category
- Booking requirements
- Trip timing
- Service performance
- Booking acceptance and fulfilment history
- Partner status
- Other operational requirements
Company Duties do not guarantee a minimum number of bookings.
A Partner should accept a booking only when they are reasonably able to fulfil it.
After accepting a booking, the Partner should make reasonable efforts to complete the booking as confirmed.
Repeated or unjustified cancellations, refusals, delays or failure to fulfil accepted bookings may result in account review, reduced booking access, temporary restrictions, suspension or termination.
If a Partner cannot fulfil an accepted booking, the Partner should cancel through the EasyFare Partner Platform or authorised EasyFare support channel as soon as reasonably possible.
Repeated or unjustified cancellations may affect Partner performance and booking allocation.
Applicable cancellation charges or commercial consequences will be governed by the relevant EasyFare Partner policy or commercial terms.
Partner earnings, commissions, platform charges, incentives, deductions and settlements, where applicable, will be governed by the applicable EasyFare Partner commercial terms and policies.
The booking value displayed or received for a trip may differ from the final amount payable to the Partner after applicable commissions, deductions, taxes, adjustments or other agreed charges.
